Course Completion

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements, including assignment submissions and feedback sessions. We reserve the right to determine completion criteria for each course.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. We accept payments in INR (Indian Rupees). By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

Payment Obligations

• Course fees must be paid in full before course access is granted
• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees
• Payment confirmation is required to activate course enrollment

Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at Info@dhwanini.com to discuss refund eligibility. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Course Content

All course materials, including videos, audio recordings, written content, assignments, and resources, are the exclusive property of DhwaniNi and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others
• Record, download, or capture course videos without permission
• Use course content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• Create derivative works based on our course content

User Content

You retain ownership of assignments, recordings, and other content you submit through our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and store your content for the purpose of providing our services, providing feedback, and improving our platform.
